With Full Board of Directors Your kind favor of Apr. 1st was rec'd several weeks ago, but as you said you would write me a "longer letter in a few days," I waited until now for it, but it has failed to put in its apperance (Correction: appearance). I have paid every thing, in the way of Insurance and all other bills, that are due up to date & I have receipt for every thing, so you can rest easy on this question. I am renting two floors of the Prize (???) Room back of Dukes for $30.00 per month, and an office in one of the (???) Prize Rooms at $5.00 per month and two more offices in Wright Block on second floor. Our man French made an assignment on the sixth of the month leaving us out for rents for one month & 5 Ds. He acted in bad faith with me, promising faithfully every day to pay the next until at last he made assignment & left us out for $77.77 which I got judgment for and have had it Docketed on Books of the Clerk of the Supreme Court. I hated this loss very much, but could not help it. The fellow for the past four months did not take in enough
